Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO)
Omni Aerospace delivers end-to-end MRO capability for rotary- and fixed-wing aircraft, supported by sovereign engineering expertise and modern facilities across Australia.
Our teams provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, major inspections, avionics upgrades, paint and interior refurbishment, and AOG response for mission-critical fleets. With deep knowledge of CASA regulations and extensive experience across Airbus, Bell, Leonardo, Pilatus, Cessna and Beechcraft platforms, we ensure aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety, compliance and operational readiness.
Engineering – Design, Analysis & Certification
Our multidisciplinary engineering division provides advanced mechanical, electrical and systems-integration expertise for complex aviation programs.
We deliver structural design, FEA, electrical loads analysis, fatigue assessment, CAD modelling, and mission-system integration aligned with CASA, defence and OEM requirements. From minor modifications to full capability development, our engineers provide precise, validated and documentation-ready solutions that support mission success, airworthiness and sovereign control.
Manufacturing
Omni Aerospace operates a CASA-approved manufacturing and conformity system under CASR 21.G One-Off Production Certificate, enabling rapid, compliant and traceable production of aviation components and assemblies.
Our capability spans machined parts, composites, sheet metal, wiring looms, harnesses and PCB development, all delivered under rigorous quality control. Supported by design and certification engineers and integrated with our engineering capability and MRO teams, we provide sovereign, documentation-ready products that meet the stringent requirements of defence, government and critical-infrastructure operators.
Aerial Operations & Imagery (ISR)
Omni delivers one of Australia’s most advanced aerial imagery and ISR platforms, providing real-time situational awareness for government, defence, emergency services and critical infrastructure organisations.
